Youth Event Series - Hillarys Aqua Park and Movies

(BYO, P, W, D)

11 - 18 years

Start the day at Hillarys Aqua Park before grabbing a bite to eat and heading off to the movies in the afternoon. *Waiver form needed for the Aqua Park.

Movie choices:

1) Sing Two (G)

2) Ghostbusters: Afterlife (PG 13+)

*Times/movies can be subject to change last minute usually due to the Cinema's discretion. Every effort will be made to let participants and their caregivers know of any changes to this however please note that this is not always within the City's control due to time constraints on the day. Registration and What to Bring:

Step 1 – BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM BELOW: Ensure the participant is within the age range specified above prior to following the payment process. You will not be refunded if you incorrectly book for the wrong age.

Step 2 – Make sure the participant has completed the Youth Services Membership Form prior to registering. Note: Only one form per young person is needed.

Step 3 – After registering, you will receive a confirmation email that contains information for what to bring on the day including: Your ticket - can be physically printed or displayed on a smart phone on arrival. Any additional Waivers/Forms to complete - physical hard copies of these must be produced on arrival.

Cancellations:

A program will only be cancelled if there are insufficient enrolments received one day prior to the event or due to factors beyond the City’s control. In the event of cancellations relating to weather, safety or unforeseen circumstances, fees may not be refundable. For non-attendance, individual refunds will only be given if a medical certificate is presented to the City at least two full working days before the activity. Refunds may take up to eight weeks to be processed. No other credits can be given.

Please keep in mind that activities may be subject to change due to the availability of suppliers, venues and COVID social distancing restrictions. Every effort will be made to inform participants and caregivers if changes were to occur.
