City of Joondalup residents and ratepayers aged 17 and over who live in the City (resident) or pay rates on a property in the City (ratepayer) with a valid seniors, health care, or student card are eligible for concession tickets. Patrons who have purchased a concession ticket are required to bring their concession card as this may be requested by gate staff to gain access to the event.
