DELEGATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND PRIVACY STATEMENTÂ
A) TERMS AND CONDITIONSÂ
These terms and conditions (Terms) govern SE-Corp Pty Ltd ACN 125 150 567 (SE-Corp) and each delegate (Delegate, You or Your) that has purchased a ticket to attend the relevant event (Event). Please read the Terms carefully as they contain important information. You acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms upon submitting Your registration to SE-Corp (whether hardcopy or electronic).Â
1. RegistrationsÂ
1.1. Your registration is subject to acceptance by SE-Corp which acceptance will be confirmed in writing (including but not limited to email) (in Writing) after SE-Corp has received your fully completed registration and the fee related to your registration (Fee). SE-Corp may in its absolute discretion for any reason refuse to accept Your registration.Â
2. Cancellation and Transfers – DelegatesÂ
2.1. Notification of cancellation of your registration for the Event must be made in writing (Notification) and sent to SE-Corp by email to [email protected]. The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.Â
2.2. Cancellations will be accepted up to 15 days prior to the Event and Fees paid will be reimbursed at the following rates;Â
Up to 40 days prior to the Event 50% reimbursementÂ
Between 25 and 40 days prior to the Event 25% ReimbursementÂ
Within 25 days of the Event Zero ReimbursementÂ
2.3. If you wish to send a substitute to the Event or to an Activity in your place, you must advice SE-Corp within five (5) working days. Attendance at the Event and/or accommodation cannot be split during the Event.Â
3. Modification / Postponement / Cancellation of the Event or any part of the EventÂ
3.1. SE-Corp reserves the right at any time to:Â
a) change the format, participants, content, location and timing or any other aspect of the Event;Â
b) postpone the Event or any part of the Event; orÂ
c) cancel the Event or any part of the Event, andÂ
will not be liable to You for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by You as a result of or in relation to SE-Corp modifying, postponing or cancelling the Event of any part of the Event.Â
3.2. If the Event is cancelled or postponed by SE-Corp You will be informed of the changes and will then have the option to attend the Event on the alternative date or to receive a full refund of the Fee paid.
4. Delegate’s rights and obligations at the EventÂ
4.1. SE-Corp reserves the right, without any liability, to refuse admission to, or to eject You form the Event, in its absolute discretion, including (without limitation), for failure to comply with these Terms or if in the opinion of SE-Corp You represent a security risk, nuisance or annoyance to the running of the Event.Â
4.2. You agree to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by SE-Corp or the venue operators at the Event.Â
4.3. All unauthorised photography and the recording or transmitting of audio or visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited at the Event and/or at the Venue.Â
4.4. You acknowledge that You may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed by SE-Corp, the media or any other party at the Event and SE-Corp may use or approve the use of the film, sound recording and/or photograph for any purpose and in any way whatsoever.Â
5. Limitations of Liability and IndemnityÂ
5.1. Provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and other laws in force from time to time in Australia may impose guarantees, warranties, conditions and obligations on SE-Corp (“Implied Termsâ€). If any Implied Terms apply, to the extent permitted by law SE-Corp’s liability and Your sole remedy will be limited to the refund of the Fee paid to SE-Corp. Subject to any Implied Terms, all guarantees, representations, conditions and warranties of any nature are expressly excluded.
Ticketbooth Pty Ltd, ticketbooth.com.au (collectively "Ticketbooth") operate the ticketbooth booking system and web pages ("ticketbooth platform") for events created by EVENT ORGANISERS. Â Ticketbooth provides the Ticketbooth platform and associated software to EVENT ORGANISERS so that they may list event details, set ticket inventory, sell tickets, take registrations and manage other event functions using the Ticketbooth platform. Ticketbooth provides access to certain parts of the ticketbooth platform to the general public so that they may transact and interact with the EVENT ORGANISER. Â
The following Terms and Conditions of Use and Purchase Policy ("these Terms") have been created to ensure you are happy with your ticket purchase and that you fully understand the purchase process with the EVENT ORGANISER who uses Ticketbooth, the Ticketbooth platform, Ticketbooth powered partner websites and Ticketbooth retail store associates to promote the EVENT ORGANISER's events, sell tickets, make registrations and bookings.
Illegal and/or unauthorised uses of the Ticketbooth platform, whether for unauthorised ticket sales, unauthorised framing of or linking to the ticketbooth platform will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken.
You may only submit content to the ticketbooth platform ("User Content") where you have the rights to do so. In particular, you:
Ticketbooth processes your credit card depending upon the methods accepted by the EVENT ORGANISER which may include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal checkout.
When purchasing tickets on ticketbooth, you are limited to a maximum of 10 tickets for each event unless the EVENT ORGANISER has authorised such purchases in its terms and conditions. If you try to circumvent the ticketbooth platforms to purchase more than 10 tickets the EVENT ORGANISER may at its discretion cancel additional bookings. This limitation has been designed to prevent unfair buying practices at popular events and make sure everyone gets a fair chance of attending the event. The reselling of tickets is strictly prohibited by non-authorised re-sellers, tickets found to be re-sold maybe voided and canceled at Ticketbooth's discretion.
In Australia, Ticketbooth sometimes sells tickets for events at licensed venues, and these venues require a valid driver's license, passport or proof of age to prove you are over 18 years of age. You may need to present this proof at the event venue to obtain admission. The venue or door staff reserve the right to refuse any patron entry at their discretion if invalid ID is provided.
Through the ticketbooth platform the EVENT ORGANISER may elect to offer one or more of the following delivery options for your ticket order. The proof of identity requirements set out in clauses 12 and 13 will apply regardless of the delivery of ticket method used.
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and ticket selection. Policies set forth by EVENT ORGANISER will dictate the issuing of exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
Ticket purchases once made through Ticketbooth are final unless approved by the EVENT ORGANISER prior to the event date. Â Exchanges and partial refunds must be set forth to the EVENT ORGANISER for review and approval at their discretion prior to actioning by Ticketbooth.Â

EVENT ORGANISERS may also append the ticketbooth terms and conditions and these additional terms are displayed and agreed to by the purchaser during the booking process.
