In this Qigong live immersion, we will be enmeshed in the heart of Buddhism in Thailand, where we will stay on the beautiful island of Ko Samui. Your instructor Fay Savage-Winter is a certified Qigong instructor with over 25yrs experience in martial arts, Qigong and natural therapies. We are registered both nationally and internationally, so you're in good hands. We are affiliated with NQA and IICT and are partnered with Act Belong Commit. All of our Qigong instructors who qualify with The Five Elements are recognised nationally and internationally, giving them credibility wherever they decide to teach. WHATS INCLUDED IN THIS PRICE FOR THIS LIVE IMMERSION:

This year we will be staying at the beautiful Ozo Chaweng Beach resort. Here you will stay for the full length of your time here in Ko Samui. Check out the link below to view this wonderful accommodation.

Sunday at 5.30 pm, we will hold an opening ceremony and welcome all guests, where we will forward your itinerary, followed by a welcome dinner.

We will be offering a mindful walk each morning, followed by practising Qigong, followed by breakfast.

Quite often, the monks offer blessings on your mindful walk.

Included in this price also is a day trip to the elephant rescue/rehabilitation sanctuary, where we will open our hearts in their honour and do a qigong practice among them; these elephants roam freely and will join us on a mindful walk through the jungle as we come into stillness and connect in with nature all around us.

We have a few surprises up our sleeves with lots of fun.

A day of temple tours where there is meditation with the monks at the waterfall and monk chat if the opportunity arises.

Qigong each morning at 7.00am and evening at 5.00pm followed by dinner either at the hotel or out and about. (This is included in the price but please note, if you decide to eat outside of group bookings and go and do your own thing this unfortunately will not be covered.)

There is plenty of free time during the day to enjoy and explore however, the instructors will be in assessments between 10 am-12 pm and 3 pm-6 pm.

This live immersion is suitable for beginners and not restricted to trainee instructors all are welcome.
